Well, it appears I have found a cure for my sleepwalking- trying to capture it on film! Since the night I decided to try and film my sleepwalking, I have stayed put in my bed, with no sign of leaping out and sprinting down the hall. I could be jumping the gun a bit, after all it's only been a week or less, but I hope I'm right! And, if I'm not, then lets see what hilarious footage I provide :)
